I've heard there were problems with MT-Search, which is why I've been leery about trying it. Picosearch and Atomz work for smaller sites, but ones with larger archives (like mine) would make these solutions too expensive. Picosearch is free for up to 1500 pages, Atomz for up to 500 pages. I think a built-in search facility for a future version of Movable Type (even distant future...I know there's a lot of other feature requests on the go :-)) would be wonderful. Debbie --------------
